Our annual Lunch and Learn is set for Saturday, April 25th



Don't miss the celebration as we kick off the start to the spring greenhouse season from 10:30-12:00, followed by a delicious salad luncheon! Reservations are required. Tickets are $50 and include a $25 gift certificate. Enjoy a demonstration-style program, tips on gardening, and an introduction to the best new plants in our spring line up. Learn container secrets and get the first peek at artful containers on display in the greenhouses. Seating is limited so call 712-830-4403 to save a spot for yourself (and a friend)!

This is the weekend to explore Sac County and load up on plants at the 2nd Annual Sac County Greenhouse Hop! Who doesn't like to road trip to discover what's new in the flower world for 2026? Six family-owned boutique greenhouses offer unique annuals, perennials, shrubs, succulents and tropicals -- you'll find what you need to brighten your containers and landscapes! It's time to celebrate Spring





Make your Mother’s Day at the Prairie Pedlar!
One Day Only, Saturday – May 9th



After shopping in the greenhouses, celebrate Mother’s Day in a memorable way - take time to savor a yummy dessert ($5 per piece) and enjoy it with coffee/tea and conversation in the newly located Garden Folly. Sit a spell on the porch swing and admire the timeless décor – antique McCoy pottery, flower frogs and vintage furnishings. The garden room will be decked out for spring and guaranteed to charm your horticultural spirits and nourish your soul.
